IO Control	Control module enter into the data transmission or voice talkback state. When the electric which exterior provide for is higher than 3.3 V, it will enter the data transmission; When the electric which exterior provide for is hang, module enter into the speech talk back. Note: It need two module feed to high level at the same time to enter the data transmission.
